Fairness refers to the concept of justice and impartiality in treating individuals based on their unique circumstances and needs. It involves giving everyone what they need to be successful, which may not always be the same for everyone. While equality aims to provide equal opportunities and resources to all, fairness recognizes that individuals may require different levels of support to achieve the same outcomes. **

However, it's important to note that true happiness also comes from within and is influenced by a variety of factors, not just the happiness of others. **

Both "happy ending" and "happy end" are correct, but "happy ending" is more commonly used. "Happy ending" refers to the conclusion of a story or situation that brings about a positive or joyful outcome. On the other hand, "happy end" is less commonly used and may sound awkward to native English speakers. Therefore, it is more appropriate to use "happy ending" when referring to a positive conclusion. **
