Self-confidence is a personal trait that varies from individual to individual, regardless of gender or body size. Factors such as upbringing, personality, experiences, and societal influences all play a role in shaping a person's level of self-confidence. It is important to avoid stereotypes and recognize that self-confidence is a complex and individualized aspect of a person's identity. **
