It's important to listen to your body and stretch within a comfortable range of motion. Additionally, warming up before stretching and incorporating a variety of stretching techniques can help prevent injury and promote flexibility. **

The choice between a stretching rod and a stretching spiral depends on personal preference and the specific needs of the individual. A stretching rod provides a straight and consistent stretch, making it ideal for targeting specific areas of the body. On the other hand, a stretching spiral offers a more dynamic and multidirectional stretch, making it suitable for overall flexibility and mobility. Ultimately, the better option is the one that best suits the individual's goals and comfort level. **
